A Customer Returned After Nearly 20 Years – Why It Meant So Much to Us

One of the most rewarding parts of running a local business is hearing from customers you've worked with before.


We're fortunate to have many returning customers who come back to us whenever they need roofing or roofline work carried out. However, recently Garry was contacted by a customer whose property he had worked on almost twenty years ago – the longest gap we've had between jobs for a returning customer.


They remembered the service they received, got back in touch and asked us to carry out further work on their home.


In an industry where trust is so important, moments like this mean a great deal.

Roofing and roofline work isn't something most homeowners need every year. In many cases, once a job has been completed properly, it may be years before any further attention is required. That's why returning customers are especially meaningful to us.

It tells us that people remember the experience they had, the way they were treated and the quality of the work that was carried out.


Over the years, Garry has seen many changes within the industry, but his aim has always remained the same: to provide honest advice, high standards of workmanship, and a service people feel comfortable recommending to family and friends.
